Students of the Financial University, Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia participated in the Austrian Summer School of Economics from 1 July to 10 July 2019.
The project was dedicated to cooperation between Russia and the European Union in the field of finance and energy production.
This year, the Summer School slogan has been 'From Energy Business to Smart Economy: the European and Russian Best Practices'.
During the period of study at the Summer School, students have learnt about the strategic areas of cooperation with the EU and about the smart finance. They discussed the startup issues and development prospects, attended seminars and lectures delivered by the leading European professors and practitioners, took part in master classes where topical sustainable economic development issues and EU green energy issues were discussed when business cases were examined.
S.E.R.P.A. (Scientific Educational Russian Austrian Project) is a research and educational Russian-Austrian project. Within the framework of the project, various practical trainings, internships, student exchange programs and summer business schools are organized.
