Skip Navigation LinksInternational Students and Faculty Department Met Students from the Republic of Moldova

A meeting with the students from Moldova organized by the International Students and Faculty Department was held on March 28, 2019 on the Financial University premises.

The Department staff discussed the difficulties the students faced during the period of study and during their stay in Russia. For instance, they spoke about the migrant registration and voluntary medical insurance issues. During the meeting, a presentation of the International Student Club and the opportunities it provided to proactive students was held. Shovgin Karimov, a 4th-year student from Azerbaijan, spoke about a wide range of opportunities the students who wanted to participate in sports events had. He mentioned the athletic games that were about to be held soon. The students voted and a student team leader was elected. It was Sofia Sharkova, a 2nd-year student of the Faculty of International Tourism, Sports and Hospitality Business. Olga Zhasanova, a 1st-year student of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Information Technology, was elected deputy team leader. At the end of the meeting, the staff of the International Students and Faculty Department discussed arrangement of a Week of Moldova at the Financial University next April.​
