On 05/12/2018 Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Alexander Linnikov and Deputy Vice Rector Prof. Andrei Rementsov met with the Director of the Hanoi branch of the Pushkin Russian Language Institute Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Dat. The meeting was concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of understanding. Russian-Vietnamese cooperation in the sphere of higher education is rich on excellent traditions. Vietnamese students that study at the Financial University are talented, hardworking, and responsible young people that strive for knowledge.

At the present time, as directed by the Rector Prof. Eskindarov, the FinU International Office develops the initiative of setting up a teaching centre of the FinU Ground Training Department in Hanoi to teach Russian language and general orientation subjects to Vietnamese high school students that plan to enroll in the Financial University.
