The Faculty of Information Technology and Big Data Analysis of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation invites you to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Mathematics and Concepts of Innovative Mathematics Education”. This traditional conference will be held for the thirteenth time and will take place on May 29, 2026, at the Financial University.
The purpose of the conference is to create a unified interdisciplinary platform for developing strategic approaches to modernizing mathematics and IT education based on the integration of fundamental mathematical training with modern methods of artificial intelligence, mathematical modeling of economic processes, and security technologies for digital business systems.
In the context of the digital transformation of the economy and society, there is a gap between the high pace of development of mathematical tools, artificial intelligence techniques, and data processing methods, on the one hand, and the content of educational programs, on the other. In this regard, the main mission of the conference is to synchronize the language, methods, and tasks of modern mathematics with the challenges of the real economy and the current demands of the education system.
Scientists, researchers, postgraduates, master's students, university teachers, developers and analysts, employees of IT, financial, banking, insurance, and government organizations are invited to participate in the conference.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format: section sessions can be attended in person or remotely. The working languages of the conference are Russian and English.
The conference will feature the following areas:
- Modern research in fundamental mathematics (new methods in mathematical analysis, algebra, geometry, probability theory, and mathematical statistics).

Innovative technologies and digitalization of mathematics education (use of artificial intelligence, online platforms, and digital tools in teaching).

Modern research in applied mathematics (integration of mathematics with other sciences and interdisciplinary research. The role of mathematical modeling in natural and engineering sciences).

Applied Mathematics at the Financial University: innovations in education and science (innovative approaches to mathematics education in the economic and financial spheres. Modern mathematical methods and models in economics, finance, and the social sciences and humanities).

Methodological and psychological-pedagogical aspects of teaching mathematics in higher and secondary vocational education (form ation of mathematical thinking and research competencies of students. Support for professional development and advanced training of mathematics teachers. Modern models of teacher training and development of research communities).

Article texts, formatted according to the requirements, should be sent to the Organizing Committee email (<mathconf@fa.ru>) by May 20, 2026. Article formatting samples are provided: in Appendix 1 – for academic and teaching staff, in Appendix 2 – for students and postgraduates.
Conference participants will receive a Certificate confirming participation in the conference. Articles of conference participants will be published in the “Conference Proceedings: Modern Mathematics and Concepts of Innovative Mathematics Education. May 29, 2026” by the educational and scientific literature publisher, with individual indexing in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index). The planned publication date is September 2026.
