"It has been a delightful experience at Financial University of Russia, Moscow. It is first time in Moscow for me. On day one (6th April 2024), I was accompanied by Prof. Maria, she was at Airport to receive me, and she took around Moscow city before we reach at Financial University, and she had been guide for me to visit many places in Moscow. As we reached the university, it was warm welcome by Prof. Irina for check-in formalities and breakfast. Monday (8th April 2024) was first day for my sessions with students. It was warm welcome by Prof. Evgeniy, Deputy Dean and familiarised us with classes and followed by a meeting with the Dean Prof. Pavel.
It is a learning experience with students at Financial University. Students are bright and enthusiastic to learn tons of things about the world economy, international trade, and Indian economy. We have engaging and fruitful discussion in and after the classes. Few of the students are looking for research with us to contribute to knowledge creation and it is remarkable. I also had detailed discussion with professors at the university to exchange our ideas, teaching pedagogy and assessments.
I must talk about hospitality, food, cooperation, excursion in Moscow, it was really impressive. They have taken care of dietary requirement very well. Everyone here including Prof. Evgeniy, Prof. Maria, Prof. Irinia, Prof. Inna, and many more who were always ready to help us at any point of time. I have not felt, away from home in a single day. Prof. Irina and Prof. Inna are wonderful intellects at the university. They kept guiding us, where to go, how to go and they took us around many places. I am very thankful to each one of them for our wonderful, exciting, memorable, and comfortable stay at Financial University and Moscow city.
We also met the Vice Rector and Directors of different faculties to discuss on future collaboration between Financial University Moscow and Alliance University Bengaluru. It was productive discussion with leadership team, and we look forward for knowledge exchange between two institutions.
