Campus Facilities

The Smolensk Campus of Financial University boasts a unique learning environment, featuring lecture halls and seminar rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology for both classroom and group work. The campus facilities include six computer labs, a VR-equipped classroom, a language laboratory, a library, reading rooms, and comfortable student lounges.

This includes assistance with finding accommodation, access to psychological support services, and active involvement in the university's cultural events and research activities. In addition, international students receive comprehensive visa and migration support, ensuring full compliance with Russian migration legislation and complete peace of mind throughout their studies.

Russian Government Scholarship Quota for International Students

The Smolensk Campus of Financial University welcomes applications from foreign nationals and stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad, under the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
Financial University is authorised to conduct its own competitive selection under the Russian Government quota. To this end, the University holds the International Olympiad of Financial University for the Youth and/or the International Intellectual Competition (portfolio-based competition).

Migration and Visa Support

The Smolensk Campus provides comprehensive migration and visa support for international students, including migration registration and its extension.

Residence Hall 

The Smolensk Campus of Financial University provides accommodation for students under a cooperation agreement with the Smolensk Cooperative College of Smoloblpotrebsouz (a private vocational educational institution).
