Student Research Association

​​ The Student Research Association, SRA, of International Finance faculty is a students' organization, which is aimed at popularization and development of scientific and research activity of the faculty and of the university.

Following departments are included in the structure of Student Research Association at IFF:

- Project department – organization and leading of different events;

- Research department – creation of scientific articles and provision of help to students with writing works for various contests;

- Press office – is responsible for external contacts and social activity of the group.

All activities of the SRA are coordinated by chairman and deputy chairman. At the moment there are 30 active students in the SRA.

Main directions of work of the SRA are:

- organization of master-classes and events aimed at the development of qualifications of active participants of the SRA;

- holding external events in format of open lectures, round tables, and seminars dedicated to  the discussion of actual topics from the world of science;

- inter-faculty activities, including joint events with SRA of other faculties

 

In the Student Scientific Society's CV there are master classes on writing articles as well as round tables dedicated to the development of cryptology. Moreover, recently the “IFF Lectorium" started its work. The first course lecture on crypto-currencies and ICO was conducted in March 2018, and it received approval of the listeners. The substantive aspect of the IFF SSS's activities is focused on international practice due to the fact that SSS members can speak several foreign languages.
