Kindai University (Osaka, Japan) staff members visited Financial University on October 11, 2019 to discuss the possible ways of developing the cooperation between two universities within the Monozukuri project framework. Monozukuri embraces training and mobility approaches aimed at effective interaction between Japanese and Russian higher education institutions of scientific, technological and innovative spheres. The goal is to unite educational resources and efforts to train professional cadres for innovative economy.

Financial University is to offer short-term programs, introducing to Japanese students its most up-to-date educational projects as IT and Blockchain Technologies, IT Security, Cryptocurrencies, Corporate Finance, Industrial Policy and Big Data Analysis. Kindai University is interested to conduct joint discussions and workshops for its Faculty of Science and Engineering students. It is supposed to organize the introductory trip for them in 2020 as the starting lap of the cooperation within the Monozukuri project.

The talks were held by Liliya V. Prikhodko, Head of the International Cooperation Department, and Prof. Niyaz M. Abdikeev, Director of the Institute of the Industrial Policies and Institutional Development. Kindai University was represented by the colleagues from International Center, Dr. Kunitoshi Hishikawa, Associate Professor, and Ms. Naoko Yoshimoto, Manager. Our guests also had a short tour around Financial University.
