The tour was organized by the International Students and Faculty Department.

The Darwin Museum was founded on 7 October 1907 by Alexander Erich Kohts. It was the first and only museum of the evolution of the living world then. Today, it is one of the largest natural science museums in Europe.

During the tour, the international students from Belarus, China and Kyrgyzstan learned about the history of formation of the evolution theory, the biodiversity, about variability and heredity, about natural selection and the struggle for existence.

The students really enjoyed the tour, and wished they visited such museums more often.
